We have been a trusted painting subcontractor for South Florida custom-home builders and developers for over 25 years. We know the rhythm of new construction: working alongside drywall, electrical, HVAC, and finish trades, hitting all deadlines, and showing up for trade walks with the punch list already cleared.
Our new-construction scope routinely includes interior priming, top coats, doors, baseboards, any other trim, exterior body and trim, garage interiors, and post-walk-through touch-up. We also provide AIA-style submittals on commercial scope.
Sergio personally bids every new-construction project, and a senior project lead is on site daily for the duration of the work.
Custom-home interiors and exteriors finished by our crews across South Florida. Drywall to final punch, every coat done by us.

Often value-engineered out, but we can include floors, walls, ceilings as part of total scope.
Post trade walk-through touch-up. Final cleaning. Documented warranty handoff.
